Description
The Kuro knife line is developed by combining KASUMI’s best manufacturing technologies. Kuro knives are handmade by the skilled hands of industry specialists, crafted like traditional Japanese swords. The central blade is made of high-carbon molybdenum-vanadium stainless steel. The Damascus pattern on both sides of the blades is the result of repeatedly bending and forging the steel into multiple layers; the irregular design of the hammer blows helps prevent food from sticking to the blade. The beauty of the KASUMI pattern and the traditional Japanese design of the black laminated wood handles make these knives elegant, yet sturdy and suitable for any style in the kitchen. The knives are individually packaged and imported directly from Japan.
