BEFORE AND AFTER EACH USE: Wash with suitable detergents avoiding chlorine and bleach products, rinse and dry thoroughly. Afterwards, store them in a dry environment. Do not use abrasive sponges or cloths and metal straws. Immediately remove residues of salt (NaCl), lemon, vinegar, tomato-based sauces, etc. If a dishwasher is used, make sure the treatment includes perfect drying and shining, and if not, do it manually. Knife blades are made of hardened martensitic 420 stainless steel, which ensures durability of sharpening but makes the material more susceptible to corrosive attack. It is imperative to properly re-vegetate, washing and drying the knives immediately after use.
